UX/UI

JANUARY 2023 -  PRESENT
Here are some examples of branding focused UX/UI products.

My 2 projects are centered in sustainability and fashion, created with the aim to battle over consumption. For each product, I conducted 2 rounds of user interviews, collected insights, and developed the ideas that would best serve a sustainably minded, fashion concious individual.

I built both of these projects entirely on Figma.

"Louisa" is a digital product created by myself and another sustainability minded student, born from the vision of combating overconsumption in fashion.

Our mission: to help create a digital product which helps users preserve their clothing effortlessly. Louisa is equipped with articles on specific fabrics and clothings, general information on washing, a mending kit available for purchase, and even a live chat feature to help with more intricate issues.

Below you find a simplified view of the process it took to arrive at our website. As this was a partnered project, the steps outlined are much more research focused.  We conducted user testing and synthesized results together. I then took those results, and completed the design elements independently.

This product aims to make the current shopping landscape more saturated with sustainable clothing options, in order to encourage sustainable shopping as a whole.

continued decentering of climate issues in the fashion world, paired with over consumption, ulitmately cause negative statistics to worsen, rapidly.

My goal was to make sustainable options clear, concise, easy to find; without forcing the customer to budge out of their price range, or on quality.

This goal helped me arrive at the question which sparked the creation of this product: How might we design a feature within a shopping app like SSENSE to reflect a brand’s sustainability impact for online shoppers so that they can make ethically minded shopping decisions?

in order to answer this question, I prototyped this app, and tested it with users, I then applied their insights to my final designs.

See below for details on the process of creation.
